Profile
Dr. Kelvin Fong is an assistant professor in environmental health and epidemiology. He established and leads the Laboratory for Environmental Assessment and Population Health (LEAPH; www.leaph.info). His research combines remote sensing, environmental monitoring, geographic information systems (GIS), and epidemiology to investigate environmental health disparities, including disproportionate effects of how climate change, air pollution, and the built environment affects population health. As an active member of the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology (ISEE), he leads and organizes education, capacity-building, and policy engagement activities.
